Summary of Job Duties:

Will work with established investigators on research projects. Primary responsibility will be to work with instruments and develop methods/protocols.

Responsibilities will include:
1.Perform technical, chemical, and biological analyses of samples and standards
2.Review scientific and applied literature to develop methods (extraction, HPLC FID, UPLC, GC, etc.) to detect bioactive compounds in Foods, food & beverage products, and biological samples.
3.Maintain & enhance exceptional wet and instrumental laboratory techniques.
4.Provide advice, support and training to students in analytical techniques.
5.Maintain accurate documentation: collect, record, interpret, and report analysis data.
6.Communicate effectively, accurately, and timely
