SUMMARY

This role is based on-site at our World Headquarters located in Springdale, AR.

This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and executing activities that will successfully increase fresh beef and pork sales within a specific region or customer portfolio.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establishing and servicing new accounts.

  • Managing existing fresh beef and pork accounts to increase market share.

  • Selling boxed beef and/or pork in volume to large key accounts.

  • Introducing and building sales of new products

  • Effectively communicating customer, market, and performance insights.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience : 5+ years of experience in the fresh beef and pork industry in one or more of the following areas: Meat sales, Meat merchandising, Foodservice sales, Wholesale fresh meats operations

Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal partners, and leadership

Special Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities

Travel: Minimal travel
