Job Details:

Feed Loading Operator – 1st Shift – 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

May be required to work on Saturday due to production needs.

Starting Pay $17.25/hr

This position is responsible for loading feed trucks and helping maintain feed mill operations on a daily basis while maintaining a safe work environment and

adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Job Summary:

1. Ability to accurately input driver and farm information into feed tracking system

2. Ensure correct feed type is loaded and sent to the correct farm

3. Ability to direct drivers to correct loading area based on loading schedule

4. Ability to organize/flex task and change priorities throughout the day

5. Ability to take Feed bin inventory

6. Ability to operate loading equipment to correctly load trucks based on load schedules

7. Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.

8. Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling

9. Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures

10. Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species

11. Maintain good housekeeping including service areas

12. Communicate to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required

13. Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols

14. Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistance

15. Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day.

16. Complete all other tasks assigned by management.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Wage: $ 17.25 per hour,

Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered.

Only applicants who reside in Washington, Benton, and Madison County in Arkansas, Adair County in Oklahoma and McDonald County in MO or within a 50-mile radius of the Johnson Rd Feed Mill are eligible to apply.

Six (6) months operator experience with one employer in the previous 12-months. 1 year feed mill experience preferred. HS diploma
or equivalent preferred, previous experience operating various types of powered industrial vehicles preferred.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
