Job Details:

Responsibility: This position is responsible for the overall physical appearance of the premises.

Requirements:

· This person will maintain the premises of the plant

· This person must operate forklift, requiring certification

· This person will weed eat, trim, and pull weeds as needed to keep up appearance of property.

· This person is responsible for emptying trash bins outside and picking up loose trash.

· This person at times would be required to lift from 5 to 70 pounds.

· This position requires chemical loading /unloading training

· This person will have some spill control training and responsibilities

· This person will also perform duties as required at the direction of supervisor, to include but not limited to offal duties

Other Duties: Must work according to the supervisor’s instructions at wastewater.

Equipment: Safety vest, gloves, PPE as required to unload chemicals, rain suit, trash containers/liners, water hoses, etc.

Special Skills: Forklift operator, chemical handling training, SPCC training

Communication Skills: None Specific.

Environment: Work primarily outside the facility subject to elements of weather, some assignments inside facility as directed. Stand/walking majority of shifts to keep grounds clean and orderly as directed. Work with chemicals. Days per week and hours per day will vary.
