We’re looking for motivated and curious Industrial Engineering interns to take on meaningful projects that drive efficiency and innovation across our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support projects that improve plant efficiency, control costs, and optimize labor resources.
- Develop and maintain engineering labor standards and process documentation.
- Apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to meet plant goals.
- Support automation initiatives and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, with at least one year of school remaining.
- Experience: Junior or Senior standing preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or process improvement is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access); strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week during summer; up to 20 hours during the school year as schedule allows.
- Travel: Up to 3–4 facility visits during the internship.

- Location: Must live within 60 miles of the facility.
