Job Purpose/Summary:

The Senior Manager of Anti-Corruption Compliance will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing an effective Anti-Corruption Compliance program for the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that the company's policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring align with relevant laws and regulations. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior throughout the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular risk assessments, in collaboration with business areas, to identify potential areas of exposure to corruption risks.
  • Establish and manage risk-based due diligence processes for third-party relationships, ensuring suppliers, vendors, and business partners adhere to anti-corruption standards.
  • Design, implement, and enhance an effective Anti-Corruption Compliance program tailored to the organization's operations and risk profile.
  • Develop and update policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments to integrate anti-corruption compliance into various business processes.
  • Collaborate with regional compliance teams to ensure consistency in global anti-corruption efforts.
  • Implement monitoring mechanisms to track compliance with anti-corruption policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of anti-corruption compliance initiatives.
  • Stay current on international and local laws and regulations related to anti-corruption to ensure the organization's Anti-Corruption program is in compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

Requirements:

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in building Anti-Corruption programs in multi-national companies.

Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in using various due diligence screening tools.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.

Travel: less than 25%, could grow over time

Preferred Experience/ Skills: Master’s degree, law degree, forensic accounting and/or Compliance certifications
