Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working with the Manager Transportation Asset to develop and execute weekly, monthly reporting for the asset procurement team, Maintenance support Plant shops and Operations Management.

Responsibilities include: Blocked Doc correction, Comcheck / Translfo validation, create recovery loads for operations, File warranty claims, track outside warranty dollars captured, weekly / monthly warranty reporting, and request rental trucks as needed for operations.

Other administrative duties: Phones, manage office supply inventory, issues Po for road service trailer rentals, repair and tire purchase.

This successful individual will be working with various locations and systems (SAP/People-net/Orbcomm/Vendor sites/Excel) to provide the most accurate information available. The ability to establish and sustain accurate reporting and performance parameters will provide added value to the transportation team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3 plus years Office experience.

Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft office computer skills required - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, teams.

Travel: None

Supervisory Responsibilities: None
