Job Details:
Position is responsible to perform moderately complex work assignments including operations of specialized software systems. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including answering a multiple line telephone handling routine inquiries or requests directing calls or taking messages. Position will also involve communication coordination and interaction with varied Tyson facilities attorneys doctors and other medical providers on issues relating to workers compensation. Insuring all information regarding each case is filed correctly in the workers compensation file mail distribution; typing and entering data. Candidate must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
REQIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 plus years general office experience.
Computer Skills: Requires standard computer skills.
Communication Skills: Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Attention to detail and self-motivated.
Supervisory: None.
Travel: None
