Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the Southeast Farm field crew.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing QA facility buildings and maintaining grounds
• Coordinate with processing plants and schedule live haul drivers
• Schedules, coordinates, and supervises cleaning and maintenance of QA facility laundering facilities, and coordinates activities of live hauls from farms
• Coordinates activities of inspection, obtaining fuel permits, licensing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and equipment based at the QA facility

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Experience: 1 plus year of experience

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred

Supervisory: Manages one subordinate lead person who supervises a total of twenty-five employees in the field crew. Manages maintenance and QA facility personnel

Travel: Extensive travel within the farm area
