Job Purpose/Summary:
The Learning and Development Analyst will be responsible for performing learning tasks to support the department's functions, including audits, reporting, scheduling, and communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Audits:
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual audits for orientation, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and management onboarding.
- Produce reports and communicate action items.
Surveys and Reports:
- Produce and distribute quarterly program surveys.
- Run orientation reports, including completion reports, knowledge checks, and satisfaction reports.
- Update and report on the ILEAD dashboard.
- Report on compliance training progress.
- Produce weekly learning operations reports for VPs and HR Partners.
- Produce and distribute class completion reports.
- Produce and distribute team member transfer reports and follow up on transfers.
- Produce and distribute weekly learning ops reports for the OJT program
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate ILEAD classes at corporate.
- Distribute overtime reports.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate agendas, and take notes.
- Produce PowerPoint presentations and communications.
- Serve as first point of contact for Learning Tickets and intake forms.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for Upward Academy on-site.
Workday Administration:
- Serve as an administrator in Workday.
- Enroll and drop learners in Workday.
- Create campaigns
- Trouble shoot workday learning issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
