Job Details:

SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility for this position is scheduling travel on company aircraft, to include determining flight details for executives and scheduling flight crews to ensure compliance with company and FAA regulations regarding currency flight and duty times.

Other duties include:

  • Coordinating use of charter services and fractional shares
  • Maintaining department records to ensure compliance
  • Recording logs and passenger manifests for SOX compliance;
  • Arranging catering services as needed
  • Assisting with office duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School required.
  • Experience: 2 plus years Aviation Industry preferred. FAA Aircraft License preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including Microsoft Office suite. Thorough understanding of flight dispatch and logistic support software professional flight management programs and SAP required.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: None
  • Special Skills: Thorough understanding of FAA regulations; knowledge of aircraft performance factors; ability to multitask and exceptional attention to detail. PFM knowledge is a plus.
