Job Details:

This position supports the Project Manager within the Procurement, Strategy, & Analytics (PSA) team by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, standardizing processes, and driving execution across various workstreams. The ideal candidate will help ensure consistency, visibility, and accountability across PSA activities while supporting Agile methodologies and responding to evolving business needs through ad hoc support.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across diverse functions. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working cross-functionally, and helping translate complex initiatives into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify opportunities for process refinement, gap closure, and standardization across the PSA team's operations.
  • Manage and support project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to keep initiatives on track and transparent.
  • Coordinate Agile meetings (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) and maintain relevant project tracking tools.
  • Execute and support ad hoc requests that help drive decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between PSA and internal business partners, ensuring follow-up and accountability.
  • Help maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in a cross-functional, fast-paced business environment.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and SharePoint preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders and relay updates clearly and effectively.
Special Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with Agile or project management frameworks.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Able to balance structure with flexibility to meet evolving team needs.
  • Comfortable supporting both structured project plans and dynamic, ad hoc tasks.
