Essential functions of the job.

• The chopper operator must learn how to set up meat according to a formula consistently while following proper guidelines.
• This position must keep accurate meat and skin usage.
• Assist in clean up and sanitation of the line following all USDA/Tyson guidelines.
• Help set-up line at the start at the shift. All other duties assigned by supervisor.
• This position lifts 50 to 70lbs continuously.
• ​The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
