Job Details:
The Product Manager is responsible for the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. They define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Define the Product Vision and Strategy:
- Identify Customer Needs: Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Articulate the Product Vision: Define what the product will be and what it will achieve, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
- Develop a Product Roadmap: Outline the product's future features, timelines, and priorities.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work with Engineering: Translate product requirements into technical specifications and collaborate on the development process.
- Partner with Design: Ensure the product's user interface and experience are intuitive and appealing.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote the product to the target audience.
- Coordinate with Sales: Ensure the product is effectively positioned and sold to customers.
- Engage with Support: Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement based on customer support interactions.
3. Manage the Product Throughout its Lifecycle:
- Prioritize Features: Determine which features to prioritize based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Manage the Development Process: Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure the product is delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct A/B Testing and Data Analysis: Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
- Manage Product Launches: Ensure a smooth and successful product launch, including marketing campaigns, communication, and customer onboarding.
- Iterate and Improve: Continuously gather feedback, analyze data, and iterate on the product to improve its value and performance.
4. Other Responsibilities:
- Act as the Voice of the Customer: Represent the customer's needs and priorities within the organization.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Communicate Effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate product vision, strategy, and plans to stakeholders.
- Manage the Product Budget: Ensure the product development and marketing efforts are aligned with the company's budget.

Requirements:
- Experience: College degree or equivalent experience with 4 plus years of progressive experience in field of expertise or advanced degree, if required with 2 plus years of progressive experience.
- Accountability Role: Highly proficient professional position that requires significant experience. Ability to develop procedures used for daily activities and provide guidance to others as needed.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals using available computer programs.
- Travel: Travel domestically approximately two 2 to four 4 trips per year.
- Biosecurity: When visiting jobsites biosecurity environments showering before entering the facilities is required. Appropriate clothing and footwear is provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsites except for medical ID jewelry; must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species chickens ducks and birds. The Company Animal Welfare Policy must be followed at all times. Physical: Must use safe lifting techniques. While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly required to stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms balance stoop talk or hear. The team member must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Safety goggles rubber boots and gloves and earplugs will be used as needed.
