Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible to coordinate plan and oversee the primary responsibilities and functions relating to and or impacting the assigned division inclusive of plant operations material handling units Forward Warehouses internal external freezer activity and inventory reconciliations data base information. Other responsibilities include train and further develop necessary skills of other Team Members providing leadership knowledge and assistance; and maintain communication with internal and external department heads to achieve financial business and customer satisfaction objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor s degree in an academic field directly related to this position or equivalent field experience is preferred.

Experience: 4 plus years of industry experience or Planning Operations Sales experience is preferred.

Computer Skills: Requires the ability to comprehend and lead planning processes through available existing and potential tools currently utilized in planning area. QMF ability in writing and executing basic programs i.e. queries spreadsheets to troubleshoot data etc. is preferable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills thru various levels required. Ability to train other Team members in the work unit is critical for this position. informal presentations to groups on work-related topics.

Special Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects display effective and justifiable decision-making abilities be detail oriented trustworthy and people and process oriented.

Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year

Days/Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm - as well as 1 weekend every other month.
