Summary: The position within the Product Management Team focuses on Retail Value Added Poultry and plays a crucial role in achieving both current and long-term volume and financial objectives. This role involves detailed analysis and management of volume, profit, and spending targets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and quoting pricing for the field sales team, considering raw material availability and line capacity.
• Maintain and utilize customer pricing models based on volume and product mix.
• Collaborate with product management, production planning, and sales teams to implement and maintain annual customer sales plans, including both base and incremental volume.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of raw material markets and meat costs.
• Maintain and report weekly market results and forecasts.
• Collect and analyze market data to determine quarterly market projections for financial planning.
• Advise the field sales team and product management on market trends and raw material outlook.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
