Summary: This position supports the design and assessment of compensation programs to ensure they are appropriate to the needs of the organization, are competitive and compliant. In partnership with internal and external resources this position will support the compensation team to understand business priorities and compensation related strategies to achieve them. The role must balance competing priorities, problem-solve, and work with a diverse body of stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities include:
· Perform analysis to support compensation recommendations to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
· Perform job evaluations in partnership with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in assessments across the Enterprise
· Run complex data analyses and support in the identification of themes to evaluate compensation design alternatives against business objectives.
· Provide analysis and assist in the development of various presentations for Total Rewards leadership and other senior executives relative to design and competitiveness of compensation elements of Team Member total rewards.
· Support the team in management of large and complex projects. My lead smaller scale projects to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are established and met. Escalating issues to project sponsors as needed, to ensure timely resolutions.
· Support in the creation of internal communications to drive program engagement and effectiveness.
· Provide guidance on application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
· Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience: 2+ years of compensation or related experience.
Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
Communication Skills: Strong communication verbal and written communication skills. Special Skills: Relationship Building; Communication; Consulting; Strategic Thought Leadership; Business Impact Focus; Courage; Creative Analytical, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking; People Leadership; Simplification; CCP or similar certification a plus Supervisory: None Location: Springdale, AR Travel: Up to 15% travel required
