Job Details:

Summary: We are seeking a qualified Fleet Supervisor to spearhead and guide our Tyson private fleet transportation team in attaining business and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Management
  • On-time Service Management
  • Driver Safety Management
  • Driver and Load Problem Resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

2nd Shift (split shift): 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

  • 3 nights on/4 nights off; 4 nights on/3 nights off.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in transportation

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tyson Business Computer Systems, Sale Inventory SAP Transportation, and Warehousing Systems is a plus

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Supervisory: Acts as a team leader, providing functional supervision and training for other team members

Travel: Occasional domestic trips (1-5 per year)
