Job Details:

SUMMARY:

• This position is responsible for leading and implementation of effective training programs and processes within the maintenance management systems for General, Electrical and Refrigeration maintenance roles.
• The position provides tactical leadership for training, staffing, and day to day operational programs for location Maintenance teams.
• This position will work in conjunction with location management and maintenance teams to execute maintenance systems and strategies to deliver desired outcomes.
• Weekly reporting updates will be generated on progress through this role including training qualification, staffing, retention and leading indicators of maintenance system performance and execution.
• The position will be responsible for creating, tracking and sustaining training classes and key insights to enhance location maintenance teams’ execution and mechanical reliability.
• This position also will assist in consistency of compliance associated with the management of the team and training.
• This role will require leadership skills to engage and communicate location's performance with senior leadership of each Business Unit.
• This position will be accountable for the maintenance staffing, training, and execution of all facilities utilizing PSM guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree; specific to engineering preferred or demonstrated commensurate professional experience as noted below or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in maintenance or refrigeration or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience with managing teams plant maintenance, operations, or refrigeration preferred.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including experience with Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Office.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including presentation and public speaking skills.

Special Skills: Advanced math & analytical skills.

Supervisory: None.

Travel: 12+ travel trips per year.
