Job Details:
This position is responsible for stacking of product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Palletize product according to specified arrangement. Continuously monitor date code for accuracy and be able to change at appropriate times. Check performance of metal detector continuously. Load taper and maintain taper in working order. Assist in labeling duties. Help set-up line at the start of the shift. Help in overflow procedure. All other duties assigned by Supervisor. All qualified applicant’s safety records will be reviewed. Follow safe work practice including the use of personal equipment when required. Follow all sanitary procedures and policies.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; some Saturdays (5 AM to end of production)
Starting pay rate: $16.60/hour
All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history.
This facility accepts rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson. Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.
