Job Purpose Summary:
An analyst plays an important role throughout the systems development lifecycle across each phase of a project. The primary role of an analyst is eliciting analyzing and documenting customer needs into well-organized business requirements necessary for delivering technology solutions that meet customer needs expected delivery dates and exceptional quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.
- BluePrism experience is highly preferred
- Provide guidance with process design.
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Assure the quality of the automation.
- Work with Business Analysts, RPA Analysts, Project Managers, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Must have skills:
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Mastery of Automation tools such as Blue Prism, Power Automate
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or .NET
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
Requirements:
Education: Requires a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or an equivalent degree with experience equating to a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Experience:1 plus year of progressive experience in Information Systems or advanced degree with limited experience. Skills to participate in ERP implementations. Perform trend analysis in sales purchasing and production. Experience in international project implementations.
Computer Skills: Intermediate general computer skills required. Advanced knowledge of SAP SQL Service Tableau SSIS SSAS. Basic knowledge of iOS Windows Linux Android Max OS X z OS
Required Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers peers and management required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required. Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
Special Skills: SAP ERP Simulation Required. Proficiency in Python PHP SQL ABAP and HTML. Thorough understanding of Financial accounting and reporting. Advanced troubleshooting skills. Working knowledge of common business processes procurement sales manufacturing logistics etc. preferred.
