Summary:
As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for internal and external job applicants, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners. Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Specialists, you will contribute to the full life-cycle recruitment process, helping us achieve our department goals and uphold Tyson Foods' commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing client communications, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure deadlines are met. Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential to navigate the dynamic workload, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
- Customer-Centric Support: Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support throughout the recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer creation, and collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth pre-employment onboarding experience.
- Interview Coordination: Organize, schedule, and confirm all interviews for management and management support candidates, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
- Candidate Experience: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to exceed expectations in the entire talent acquisition process, consistently aligning with Tyson Foods Inc. guidelines.
- Compliance and Guidelines: Assist in hiring processes to ensure alignment with compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines, fostering a fair and inclusive recruitment environment.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Support sourcing, requisition management, and networking efforts to build, manage, and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Adaptable Team Player: Embrace flexibility by taking on other duties related to the talent acquisition process as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience as it relates to the job description
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, with experience using an applicant tracking system being advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Preferred experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- Tech: Experience with ATS Tracking, HRIS systems, Microsoft Suite: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
