Job Details:

Engineering II Standard’s Team Member is a growth position. The intent is to develop an Engineer II to step into an Engineer III role in one of the BU groups under the Engineering Standard’s realm of responsibilities. As an Engineer II, you will be required to demonstrate effective progress in key aspects of the Engineering Standard’s areas of responsibility. We see the areas of responsibility as the following:

• Standard development
• Standard management
• Standard gap evaluations and knowledge transfer of solutions

Within each of these areas of responsibility, there are key skills and knowledge that is necessary to demonstrate and display the proper level of what the job requires.

Foundationally we are looking for an individual that has good analytic skills, has a basic understanding of a manufacturing environment and is willing to take the initiative to take ownership in their journey of learning and growth to be able to effectively demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to move to the next level.

Additional Responsibilities:

Engineer II would get involved in learning the different aspects of assessing capabilities of our processes and products. This may involve executing basic mapping tools to leveraging more advanced analysis or statistics to understand capabilities of products and processes. The role would get involved with testing, analyzing and developing all aspects of operational standards.

Requirements

• Entry level role, with 0 to 3 years of experience.
• 4-year degree in a technical field of study.
• Up to 50% travel
• Willing to relocate to Springdale, Arkansas.
