Job Details:

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for assisting the Tyson Foodservice Customer Engagement Marketing team to promote and enhance the visibility of our FoodService brands including Tyson®, Tyson Red Label®, Jimmy Dean®, Hillshire Farm®, and Steak-EZE®. Support the Customer Engagement team in areas such as creative development, campaign analysis and reporting and event support. Collaborate across the enterprise with other cross functional teams such as Digital, Business Units, consumer insights, and innovation as needed. Ideal candidates will be passionate about food, marketing, and making a positive impact in the industry.

QUAILIFATIONS

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (incoming sophomore, junior, or senior) or master’s degree program required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Previous work experience in any field preferred. Candidates should prefer working in an office and team environment.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in presenting to various levels of management in the organization. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Special Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

This is a year-round internship position based in Springdale, AR. Candidates should anticipate working 15-20 hours per week during the school year and 35-40 hours per week over the summer.
