Summary:

The Finance Manager position is an integral role within the Prepared FP&A group, with a primary focus on supporting Segment leadership. This position is responsible for weekly reporting of financial results, distressed sales as well as other reporting and analysis as needed. This position also provides monthly functional support gathering, analyzing, and reporting financial and non-financial data critical to achieving the Segment’s financial goals (i.e. Productivity tracking, Volume Database reporting, Forecast Accuracy reporting, etc…). Lastly, this role supports governance and oversight for committees, ensuring process enhancements add value to planning tools or procedures. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset, ensuring the highest level of functional support and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA a plus

- 5 plus years experience in Finance (with exposure to short/long term planning)

- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong communication, data organization, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Experience with SAP BI, SAP BPC, Microsoft Power BI or Power Query, Anaplan.
