SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to enrich the advance the delivery of meaningful HR data driven decisions in support of HR and business objectives. This position is responsible for performing advanced and complex reporting and analysis of Human Capital data and cross-functional information to support projects HR processes users and stakeholders. This will include HR reporting services and tools detailed statistical analysis to identify actionable insights and building predictive models.
Further responsibilities include developing requirements implementing reporting and analytics strategies and delivering results using advanced tools such as SAP Alteryx Tableau Workday and Workday PRISM.
This position is also responsible for continuously transforming our visualizations to support business models. Drive initiates that result in cost savings and process efficiencies.
This position will interact with and is expected to communicate results recommendations and secure buy-in across a broad range of users stakeholders and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics reporting and advanced and predictive analytics
Participate in evaluation reporting analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends and make predictions
Create maintain and ensure quality and integrity of key HR data sets reports and metrics
Provide high level consulting to identify and support HR and business reporting and data needs develop and support reporting tool enhancements and prepare reports and reporting solution specifications
Research and analyze data to identify trends uncover potential issues and work with HRBPs and other HR functions to develop recommendations Communicate recommendations on initiatives and influence leaders through data analytics and thoughtful interpretation of findings
Gather data and prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports scorecards dashboards executive presentations and analysis on key HR metrics
Maintains awareness of best practices including processes and technology and identifies opportunities for improvement of existing functionality. Develop use existing or research new tools that efficiently and accurately present data in useful formats
Seek opportunities for synergy improvement simplification and automation of existing processes and reporting
Consult with HRBPs and the business to define problems gather data draw conclusions and make recommendations
Assist with broader HR Execution Excellence initiatives and strategy planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field. Experience: 3 years relevant experience or equivalent
Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills in various reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau Alteryx Workday reporting and PRISM.
Additional knowledge around database query reporting tools
Demonstrated expert level technical skills in Data prep experience with visualization tools Lumira Tableau PowerBI etc. and other enterprise reporting and analytics packages preferred SaS R IBM Watson Analytics etc.
Expert experience in predict modeling data wrangling and data visualization. Special Skills: Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions

Demonstrated ability to build complex statistical models needed to understand issues and forecast impacts of change
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities deliverables in a fast-paced dead-line oriented environment
Perseveres to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions to enable project completion
Experience collaborating with solutions to enable project completion Consistently delivers high-quality timely work resulting in highly satisfied customers
Background in Project Management
Passion for learning
Familiarity with Workday and human resource not required but highly valued; and team player.
Travel: 1 to 5 domestic trips per year.
