Integrate multiple platform systems including SAP S4 Hana ERP, ECC, Legacy systems, SAP BI/BW, SAP PI, and SAP HANA DB. Develop complex custom applications using SAP ABAP, Web Dynpro, SAP Core Data Services, ABAP Managed Database Procedures, and FPM. Design and develop complex SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori applications. Design and develop OData Services creation, implementation, and maintenance; Model and Data provider classes; and CRUD operations using REST protocol. Work with complex SAP and non-SAP interface design and development. Design and develop interfaces using Application Interface Framework (AIF) to integrate and monitor multiple interfaces in SAP. Design and develop EDI synchronous and asynchronous scenarios using SAP ALE/IDOC interface communication. Design and develop SAP ABAP ALV reports, classical and interactive reports, transactions, enhancements, SAP scripts, Adobe forms and smart forms. Work with SAP NetWeaver enhancement framework design and implementation using explicit enhancements, implicit enhancements, enhancement points, and enhancement sections. Design and develop SAP and non-SAP UI frameworks. Be involved with SAP user exits, menu-exits, field exits, customer exits, and implicit enhancements. Design complex SAP BI/BW extractors and routines. Design and develop SAP HANA information models, attributes, and analytical and calculation views. Work with specific business functions including SAP Catch Weight and SAP soft providing modules. Work on SAP SD, MM, IM, CFIN, and FI modules. Design, create, and develop SAP workflow for various business functions include PO release strategies. Design and develop SAP workflow monitoring events like triggering emails and alerts. Review and provide guidance/feedback to more junior analysts within the same team/area on proposed designs. Perform code reviews with more junior developers to help ensure principles are met, design is sound, and code is efficient. Partner with various IT Technology team members to maintain versioning across applications, servers, databases, etc. Work with other IT teams to identify and resolve application issues stemming from platform-related errors. Drive complex problems to resolution across multiple teams and resources. Provide expertise related to architecture design and be a key decision maker. Telecommuting permitted: up to three days per week from within the Springfield, Arkansas metropolitan area. Some travel may be required but will be less than 10% domestic and will be primarily to our warehouse or plant locations to support the systems and processes.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and eight years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and six years of related experience.

Must also have experience with:

  • SAP modules, including SD, MM, IM, and FI modules;
  • Designing and developing SAP ABAP and SAP Core Data Services;
  • Designing and developing ALE and IDOC interfaces;
  • Designing and developing SAP NetWeaver frameworks, forms, and enhancements;
  • SAP Fiori and OData Services creation, implementation, and maintenance;
  • Designing and developing CFIN enhancements; and
  • Designing and developing interfaces using AIF framework.
