Job Details:

SUMMARY:

This position will support the rendering division of Tyson Ingredient Solutions Group. This position provides financial and business leadership while ensuring good stewardship of Tyson resources.

Core responsibilities include: operations financial & accounting support, product costing, variance reporting and analysis, margin reporting and analysis, balance sheet management & reconciliation, KPI reporting and analysis, management of plant accounting teams, continual business process improvement identification and implementation, and other duties as assigned.

Additional responsibilities include: capital budgeting support, ensuring proper internal control and SOX compliance.

All the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a dynamic team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the finance team and with other cross-functional partners.

​REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: 7+ years of experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating spreadsheets, word processing and PowerPoint templates. System knowledge of SAP preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel in multiple departments or work units who perform similar and/or interrelated tasks and activities.

Special Skills: Relationship management skills. Detailed knowledge of all business cycles, systems and processes that impact sales. (Order to Cash, Generate Demand, Purchase to Pay, Production, Shared Services).

Travel: 6 or more domestic trips per year
