Description The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for Harvest Group, partnering closely with business unit leaders and executive leadership to translate financial data into actionable insight. This role owns the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, drives the analytical rigor behind reporting, and builds the models and reporting infrastructure that support decision-making. The FP&A Manager will report directly to the VP of Finance and will have people management responsibilities. This role works in close coordination with Accounting, Finance Operations, and business unit leaders across Harvest's acquisitive, multi-entity structure.
