Our Values
Description Our Digital Shelf Interns gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and evolving digital shelf industry while supporting our DSI (Digital Shelf Integration) client teams. Interns work alongside DSI Managers and Specialists to gain exposure to client management and learn how brands manage and grow their business across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, and other retailers through content execution, digital shelf audits, and reporting. Daily responsibilities will vary based on business needs, giving interns exposure to the digital shelf ecosystem and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful client work. Along the way, interns will learn how to use data to uncover insights, execute accurate and complete product content, and support the DSI team's standard of excellence. In addition to professional development and team-building opportunities, each intern will complete a summer project to showcase what they have learned, presenting their findings and recommendations to Harvest Group leaders.
