Description
The Office Manager plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and well-functioning office environment for Harvest Group team members and guests. This role supports day-to-day office operations, ensuring shared spaces are well maintained, logistics run smoothly, and teams have what they need to do their best work.
The Office Manager partners closely with internal teams to support onboarding and offboarding activities, office events, and client visits, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and retailer partners.
This role is located at our Headquarters location in Rogers, AR.
Responsibilities
  • Manage sample room organization and ensure materials are stored, maintained, and accessible.
  • Coordinate room scheduling and provide support for client visits, meetings, and in-office collaboration.
  • Maintain general office and conference room tidiness, helping ensure a clean and professional environment.
  • Own ordering and stocking office, food, beverage, and kitchen supplies.
  • Manage kitchen systems and shared spaces, including coordination of dishwasher processes with team support.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers, including printers, beverage services, cleaning, and maintenance partners.
  • Provide general team support, including shipping, receiving, and helping locate or distribute packages.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities by assisting with office-related setup and logistics as part of broader People & Culture processes.
  • Support Harvest Group’s culture through planning and execution of office events and activities, including supporting off-sites as needed, field day, Big Meeting, holiday events, and in-office gatherings.
  • Assist with client visits and meal coordination as needed, partnering with internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
  • Additional support of People and Culture-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, facilities support, administrative support, or a related role.
  • M-F in office 8am – 5pm
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in where needed.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting office operations in a professional services, agency, or corporate environment.
  • Experience coordinating events or supporting client-facing meetings.
