Description The Application Developer II is responsible for delivering well-crafted software solutions that create measurable value for the business. The Developer II is expected to contribute meaningfully to team projects, grow their technical skills and domain knowledge, and consistently produce quality code that meets team standards. This role works within the development team to build and maintain enterprise-level applications, participating in architectural discussions and code reviews while developing the judgment and expertise needed to take on greater technical responsibility over time. Our approach to servicing our employees is grounded in our values. To deliver excellence for our Harvest Group employees, we do require that this role is based in Rogers, AR.
