Description
Our Client Services Interns will gain hands-on experience in the retail and e-commerce industry by supporting our Walmart, Sam's Club, or Amazon accounts. Daily responsibilities will vary based on the role and weekly business needs. Interns will work closely with experienced Client Services team members contributing in meaningful ways to client business. They will also learn how to serve our clients with excellence to achieve shared goals for both the retailer and the supplier.
In addition to professional development and team-building opportunities, each intern will complete a summer project to showcase what they have learned.
Responsibilities
Walmart Client Services Interns:
  • Learn Harvest Group systems and processes to support daily business needs
  • Collect, organize, and analyze raw data from point-of-sale and syndicated databases such as Circana or Nielsen to develop actionable insights that support client business decisions
  • Assist with weekly reporting for clients
  • Participate in internal team meetings and external client discussions as requested
  • Participate in professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate on a group summer project with peers and present results
Amazon Interns:
  • Learn Harvest Group systems and processes to support daily business needs
  • Assist with business management tasks such as reporting, item creation and maintenance, forecasting inventory, and planning promotions
  • Create and refine Amazon processes to improve team efficiency
  • Participate in internal team meetings and external client discussions as requested
  • Participate in professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate on a group summer project with peers and present final results
