Your role at Clorox:
The Sales Planning Manager is responsible for developing and deploying a growth strategy for our business at Walmart including managing customer relationship, forecast, and checkbook. Works with Sales Director, National Account Manager, and multifunctional partners to deliver Walmart Cleaning business.In this role, you will:
- Drive the Business: Owns Walmart Business Plan for business segment, and contributes to Category Business Plan. Exhibits cross-functional leadership and Customer perspective in planning and execution. 30%
- Financial Planning: Identifies and assesses growth opportunities and results. Manages team forecast inputs and trade fund checkbook. 30%
- Customer Relationships: Builds strategic partnership with Walmart buying team, including negotiating key Segments and heavy contribution to full-team Customer engagements. 20%
- Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization. 20%
What we look for:
- 4+ Years Experience in Sales, Finance, or Brand Management
- Strong Analytical skills, with experience in Nielsen/IRI/Scintilla
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with experience in trade spending and promotional planning
- Self-motivated teammate with collaborative, creative problem-solving abilities, and GM mindset
Workplace type:
This role requires the candidate to be based out of Bentonville, AR due to customer needs. Candidates must be located in Bentonville and have the ability to be in office 3x per week in accordance with the Hybrid 2.0 policy.#LI-Hyrbid

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900
–Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900
–Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800
