Your role at Clorox:
Integral member of the eCommerce Accelerator Team responsible for driving new and emerging eCommerce capabilities across the Clorox organization. Capabilities are cross-functional and allow deep experience across Marketing, Sales and Operations. Core responsibilities will include Retail Media and Commerce strategy and execution, Agency management support, Data and Analytics capability work and Emerging Marketplace discovery.The ideal candidate:
• Has Media experience and understands the Retail Media landscape
• Understands the digital shelf and the role it plays on the consumer journey
• Has Commerce experience and understands the role of full funnel marketing
• Is drawn to the challenge of creating new processes or POVs based on emerging capabilities
• Has experience working with data and driving insights
In this role, you will:
Drive enterprise Retail Media and Commerce capabilities including future looking POVs on the industry and landscape, vendor exploration, enterprise measurement/KPIs and learning plans and work closely with Brand and Sales Teams on Retail Media and Commerce guidelines (how to best drive full funnel plans across digital and physical spaces).
Handle digital shelf tools and support Agency management including building and driving the learning agenda + results across Customer teams.
Work closely with the Analytics team on improving data processes between Clorox and our Agencies ensuring we are data led in the eCom space.
Ability to hone cross-functional influence skills (Sales & Marketing) and the ability to develop and own critical processes and capabilities for the Enterprise as well as flag/develop new opportunities to the team.
What we look for:
3-5+ years of experience within sales, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
Experience working with Media (tactics and strategy), preferably Retail Media networks
Experience working within Commerce (ie coupons, instore signage, loyalty programs)
Comfortable working with data (point of sales, marketing, supply chain) and driving data led insights
Strong analytical and detail oriented foundation (This could be great foundation for hybrid roles)
Comfortable taking on assignments in rapidly evolving areas and pulling together a POV/process.
Self-motivated with strong initiative and results-orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where roles, structure, processes, and priorities are ever-evolving
Ability to lead projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple, varied

This role is open to candidates that reside within Clorox Hub locations and will be in office 3x per week if within 50 miles of a Clorox Hub.
