Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of effective retail media strategies that drive revenue growth, increase product conversion, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry and be able to work closely with cross functional teams and supervise junior staff members, while leading key accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Client-facing role responsible for development of retail media strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and client deliverables
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Strategically allocate and manage media budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners
  • Hands-to-keys experience in campaign set-up, performance, measurement and KPIs across Retail Media Network ecosystems including search, display and social (WMC experience is required)
  • Ongoing campaign monitoring and management to identify and implement campaign optimizations
  • Partner with data and analytics team to report campaign performance
  • Supervise, train, and develop retail media strategists and coordinators
  • Drive initiatives in process development and enhancement
  • Serves as a member of the Media & Commerce Leadership Team
  • Lead larger client portfolios with the support of the RMN team
  • Oversight of direct reporting duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in media strategy, including expertise in retail media, paid search, social media, display advertising, and e-commerce - Strong background in RMNs
  • Hands to keys experience with WMC is required
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative media strategies
  • Ability to improve or develop process and protocols to improve client deliverables and capacity management for the team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to analyze and act in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities

Compensation Range: $106,780.00 - $138,795.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
