Academic Interventionist (Focus Literacy and Math)

• Provide supplemental literacy and mathematics interventions for students identified through academic data and progress monitoring

• Deliver targeted small-group and individualized instruction based on student needs

• Support multilingual learners and other identified student groups through evidence-based intervention practices

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to align interventions with grade-level standards and classroom instruction

• Monitor student progress and use data to adjust intervention plans and instructional strategies

• Assist with identifying students in need of academic support through ongoing analysis of assessment and performance data

• Support implementation of the school's RTI system

• Provide instructional coaching and collaboration related to intervention strategies, differentiation, and student support

• Assist with developing and implementing intervention plans designed to accelerate student growth in literacy and mathematics
