Behavioral Interventionist-

• Coordinate and oversee behavioral RTI systems and interventions

• Lead Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 behavioral support planning and implementation

• Analyze behavioral data, referrals, and progress monitoring systems

• Work directly with students

• Support classroom management, prevention strategies, and Tier 2 intervention development

• Conduct behavioral audits and assist with refining referral processes and procedures

• Facilitate intervention meetings and support team collaboration

• Provide coaching, modeling, and professional development for staff

• Support onboarding of students into schoolwide expectations and systems

• Coordinate universal behavioral screeners and restorative practices

• Maintain ongoing communication with staff, families, and stakeholders
