The Manufacturing & Welding Teacher is responsible for preparing students for high-demand, skilled careers in advanced manufacturing and welding industries. This position delivers hands-on, standards-based instruction that blends classroom learning with real-world applications, industry safety practices, and career readiness skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about workforce development, student success, and building strong connections between education and industry.
Requirements:
AR Teaching License with the following codes:
Welding 597
Manufacturing 585, 587, OR 616
Applicant can also apply for a technical permit upon hire. The following is required for a technical permit: 2 years related work experience + associate’s degree or higher OR 4 years related work experience in absence of college degree
192 day contract.
