Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
This role supports the day-to-day management and growth of our Walmart & Sams Club online business. This role helps execute and support online sales targets, digital shelf updates, promotional plans, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strong online performance and brand presence.
Your responsibilities
Account Support & Execution
• Assist in delivering sales and share goals for Walmart.com and Samsclub.com
• Maintain weekly performance trackers and summarize insights for internal stakeholders.
• Help prepare customer-ready presentations, business reviews, and planning documents.
Digital Shelf Management
• Support catalog maintenance and product content updates in partnership with cross functional team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure item set-up accuracy and readiness for new items.
• Ensure product detail pages meet best-in-class standards for imagery, copy, SEO, ratings & reviews and meet customer requirements and scores.
• Monitor competitor listings and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion.
Promotional & Media Support
• Assist in executing online promotions, pricing updates, and merchandising programs.
• Coordinate with Walmart Connect, MAP, brand teams, and agency partners on campaign setup and reporting.
• Track online promotions and assess performance results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agency partners.
• Help manage timelines and communication to ensure smooth execution of launches and campaigns.
• Support troubleshooting of supply, availability, or item-level issues.
The experience we're looking for
• 3-4+ years of experience in CPG, retail, eCommerce, marketing, or analytics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in data tools (Excel, reporting dashboards, or retail portals).
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Interest in eCommerce, retail strategy, and the digital shopper experience.
• Eagerness to analyze omni actions with corresponding POS results; then adjust accordingly to drive maximum ROI

$105,000.00 - $157,000.00
