About this opportunity

The Brokerage Accounts Payable department at PAM Transport is looking for a skilled individual with high attention to detail to add as an asset to a close-knit team. You will validate carrier invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate will be prompt, can multitask, and be receptive to feedback.

Pay and Schedule

This position is on site Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $17-19/hr dependent on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• Complying with payment obligations to diverse carriers for maximum customer satisfaction and company profitability

• Collaborating with multiple vendors, carriers, and internal groups to create and establish relationships beneficial to all parties

• Verifying accuracy and ensuring integrity on documents submitted for payment.

• Personally monitoring and researching multiple accounts to validate contract compliance required for excellent service and reputation
