PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5 truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,000 trucks and 8,000 trailers. About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who brings strong leadership capability and a strategic mindset to support our organization’s continued growth. This role is ideal for a management professional who thrives on building high-performing teams, shaping workplace culture, and driving HR initiatives that directly impact business success.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will partner closely with senior leadership—including the Director and Vice President of HR—to guide organizational strategy, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where your expertise will influence decision-making at every level of the organization.

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $60,000 to $80,000/year dependent on experience.

What You’ll Lead and Influence

  • Drive the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through performance management to offboarding—with a focus on efficiency and engagement.
  • Partner with department leaders as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, compensation strategies, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for managers, providing expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and complex workplace matters.
  • Ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR programs, including benefits and leave administration, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Demonstrated success in an HR leadership or management role, with a strong foundation in HR strategy and operations.
  • Proven ability to lead performance management initiatives, drive employee engagement, and support organizational development efforts.
  • Confidence in partnering with leadership to influence decisions and navigate complex people-related challenges.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR initiatives to organizational outcomes.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize, act decisively, and lead through change.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
