Job Summary: DebtBlue is seeking a Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist to create and manage engaging content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will enhance our online presence by developing compelling blog posts, articles, and social media content that aligns with our brand voice. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and web editing skills, with a focus on driving engagement and fostering community growth. The Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing.

Pay: $18 - $25 hr (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 pm or 9-6 pm.

What you'll do:

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram,
  etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Utilize social media management tools for efficiency.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Marketing.

Content Creation:

• Create blog posts, articles, and other online content that align with the company's marketing
  strategy and SEO goals.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content (images, graphics, videos) for social
  media and the company website.
• Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Research industry-related topics to create compelling and informative content.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.

What we are looking for:

Design & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Experience with web editing and light coding (HTML, CSS) is highly preferred.
• Capable of UI/UX editing to improve user experience across digital platforms.
