As marketing team lead over multiple six figure Amazon business divisions across JUNK Brands and Outdoor Cap as well as emerging marketplaces and retail platforms, the Amazon Marketing Manager will guide our brands to new heights through Amazon 1P, 3P, and Hybrid executions and explore new channels of growth and focus. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Amazon marketing strategies to increase listing traffic and sales.
  • Manage and optimize the online product catalog to enhance product visibility and boost sales conversion.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and online visibility and drive sales volume.
  • Create and oversee advertising campaigns to acquire new customers across Amazon, Walmart.com, and emerging digital marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with sales and technology teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior using web analytics tools to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Identify product cross-promotion marketing opportunities to increase average order value (AOV).
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to guide decision-making for platform growth and focus
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align objectives.
  • Proactively coordinate marketing activities with the supply chain teams to ensure we do not run out-of-stock on key styles across digital retail.
  • Stay updated on the latest Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace trends and technologies.
  • Work with the graphic design team to create impactful digital ad assets appropriate for this unique channel.
  • Drive A/B testing and experiments to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage and allocate our Amazon marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Engage in customer support and feedback programs to better understand customer needs.

Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven Amazon 1P and/or 3P marketing experience.
  • Strong SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Social Media Advertising knowledge.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon advertising and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and deadline-driven abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Proficiency in web design and user experience best practices.
  • Internally driven and motivated.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and critical thinking
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks and deliver assets effectively through teamwork.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or institution, emphasis in marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related marketing experience in Amazon and similar platforms.
  • Some experience in the Retail apparel space preferred
  • Some history of leadership or leading peers through influence and traceable accountability
  • Outgoing, connective, growth-minded
  • Some understanding of marketing tools and platforms: Understanding of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central platforms, retail analytics, product information management, review management systems, and other helpful Amazon ecosystem tools.

Physical / Mental Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) 80% of the day and occasionally reach, bend, and move inside the office to access files and product.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks and operate other office machinery.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates internally and externally and must be able to exchange accurate detailed information in a clear, professional manner.
