Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and implementation for our customers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success with our solutions. Acting as the primary point of contact during implementation, you’ll partner closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on scope, and on budget.

As an Implementations Manager, you will oversee multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, working with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption. You’ll lead project kick-off calls, ensuring that all pertinent information has been provided by Sales, including a fully executed work order, and align with customers on their involvement, timelines, and scope so that expectations are clear and deliverables are well-defined from the start.

This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of Nuqleous solutions, acting as an individual contributor when needed by directly supporting implementation activities such as environment configuration and setup.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Engineering to design and execute implementation plans, configure environments, and ensure technical readiness. Once implementation is complete, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handoff, equipping them with the context and resources needed to drive long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Customer Onboarding

  • Manage the full life cycle of implementations, from kickoff through handoff to Customer Success.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Align with customers on involvement, timelines, scope, and responsibilities to ensure expectations are clear and deliverables are well-defined from the start.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions by partnering with Solutions Engineering and Product teams.

Execution & Delivery

  • ·Act as an individual contributor during implementations—this role goes beyond project oversight to include hands-on configuration and execution.
  • Work directly with customer requirements to configure the solution, ensuring all setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, driving resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Conduct implementation reviews and ensure a seamless transition into ongoing Customer Success management, equipping CSMs with the context and resources needed to support long-term adoption.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer goals, success criteria, and project outcomes.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering and Support to troubleshoot issues and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and improve implementation processes.

Customer Enablement & Training

  • Lead or support customer-facing workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer during onboarding.
  • Document and refine implementation best practices, playbooks, and resources to drive scalability and consistency.
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient with Nuqleous solutions, setting them up for long-term success.
