Key Responsibilities Include:

*Accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum and Nursery.

*This position works collaboratively with the department Director to ensure the work environment is safe, secure and healthy and that quality care is provided at the bedside.

*The Women's Services Supervisor will be a hands-on, working supervisor, providing patient care when needed but ultimately serving as a resource to staff and physicians.

*Overall direction of clinical, staffing & financial management.

*Valid RN license to practice.

*BSN or MSN required.

* Specialty certification in obstetrics preferred.

*Minimum of 5 yrs acute care maternal/child experience.

*2 yrs of management or supervisory experience preferred.

*Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

*Must have current BLS. ACLS and NRP within 90 days of employment.

*AWOHNN Fetal Monitoring Course within 6 months of employment.
