Performs activities and other tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment. Performs phlebotomy for tests ordered, reports CLIA waived results and sets up cultures. Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining cleanrooms and equipment. High School diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy preferred. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a lead, supervisor or manager.
