NOW HIRING A DATA AND IMPACT ANALYST:

The Data and Impact Analyst is a key member of the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank (NWAFB) team and leads data analytics, client reporting, forecasting, organization projects, and data mining for strategic insights, opportunities and efficiencies to support operational excellence. The Data Analyst provides insight into the best ways the NWAFB can achieve its mission of building a strong four-county region by nourishing people, empowering communities, and transforming systems by leveraging data analytics. This individual will address complex organizational challenges and operate as an internal consultant to analyze data to develop and recommend strategic improvements.

This is a newly created position at the NWAFB. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of data analytical skills, business acumen, project management, and interpersonal savvy.

Northwest Arkansas Food Bank is one of six Feeding America Food Banks in Arkansas. It is our desire for healthy food to reach the kitchen tables of our neighbors as quickly as possible. We are encouraged by the numbers that reflect this effort. The Northwest Arkansas Food Bank currently has more than 110 agency partners ranging from food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and many more. In 2023, we distributed more than 14 million pounds of food to those in need through our agency partners, Feed Rogers, and Mobile and School Pantries.

The Food Bank works to distribute food to those who are food insecure in our community while forming strong relationships with businesses, non-profit organizations, and others in the community who share the passion to end hunger in Northwest Arkansas.
