The Marketing Recruiter for Nursing/CHP will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing students. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and recruitment experience, with a focus on promoting NWACC, building a strong applicant pipeline, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.This is a Provisional Grant Funded Position.
Essential Duties:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract nursing students.
Leverage social media, job boards, email, and events for outreach.
Collaborate with NWACC Marketing to create promotional content (e.g., blogs, videos, infographics).
Build relationships with high schools and professional organizations for talent sourcing.
Represent NWACC at career fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Work with marketing to strengthen NWACC’s nursing program brand and online presence.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve campaign performance.
Stay informed on trends in recruitment marketing and nursing education.
Maintain organized records and generate reports on recruitment activities.
Support the nursing director and dean with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Additional duties as assigned.
Rate of Pay $45,000 annualized *Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications directly related to position.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or nursing industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively—both written and verbal—with employees and leadership at all levels; build strong relationships across teams and departments; and handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), HRIS systems, social media platforms, and online recruitment tools; capable of generating clear, concise, and accurate ad-hoc reports for leadership
Skilled in data analysis, research methods, quality assurance reviews, and making informed recommendations based on findings; knowledgeable in planning, analysis procedures, and report preparation
Strong understanding of the nursing industry and familiarity with department operations, policies, and procedures; knowledge of state and federal personnel laws relevant to higher education and recruitment
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to plan and lead meetings, workshops, and marketing initiatives; capable of working independently and as part of a team
Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision; able to think strategically and creatively in developing effective recruitment and marketing campaigns
