NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for simulated patients to be utilized during lab practical testing situations.1. Physical Therapist Assistant
Simulated patients will be notified of opportunities at the beginning of each semester. After all simulated patients select the dates and times they wish to work a master list will be emailed.

Essential Duties
- Simulate various types of illness common to that of PT patients.
- Review the mock cases prior to the lab practical dates.
- Provide feedback to instructors on student performance.
Rate of pay: $32 per hour
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution is a plus. Demonstrated teaching ability is the top priority. Instructional experience and leadership experience at a community college is a priority. Ability to use an on-line platform. On-line delivery of instruction, use of technology for instruction, and experience or interest in project based, service learning, or inquiry based learning will be given special consideration. Knowledge of good laboratory procedures, governmental safety regulations regarding lab safety is desirable.

Required Qualification
Must be licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
